About Juniper Roast

A coffee bar designed for Santa Fe’s pace.

We’re a small team with one clear goal: serve coffee that feels effortless—balanced flavor, consistent texture, and a space that respects your day. Here’s how we think about roasting, hospitality, and the details you can taste.

Story

Small roaster, focused menu, consistent cup.

We roast coffee the way we like to drink it: sweet, structured, and calm. We keep the menu tight so the craft stays visible.

Roasted with restraint

We roast in small batches several times each week so coffees stay fresh and predictable. Our profiles focus on sweetness and clarity rather than heavy char. You’ll notice structure in the cup: clean finish, pleasant acidity, and depth that doesn’t overwhelm.

Every coffee is evaluated across espresso and brewed formats. If a coffee only shines in one context, it may still make it to the bar—just not as our daily espresso.
